REVISION OF PENSION AND FAMILY PENSION OF PRE-2006 PENSIONERS AND FAMILY PENSIONERS
All Pre-2006 Railway Pensioners and Family Pensioners, those who have not submitted their applications for revision of their Pension and family pension in response to this Railway’s earlier advertisement are requested to apply in the prescribed format alongwith Xerox copies of PPO booklet,5th PC revised PPA’s and Bank account pass book, so that preparation of revised PPA (if not already revised) could be undertaken to revise pension/family pension as well as LTA of pension/family pension to the legal heirs in terms of para 4.2 and 4.5 of DPO&PW’s O.M.dated:1.9.08.

NOTE: All pensioners are advised to submit the above applications to the Settlement section of CPO’s Office at HeadQuarters /Sr Divisional Personnel Officer/Workshop Personnel Officer ‘Office from where the concerned Railway employee retired.
Photocopy of any one of the following documents in support of date of birth of the spouse/eligible family member may be submitted:

The abovementioned forms are available in S.E.Railway website: www.ser.indianrailways.gov.in. In case of deceased pensioners/family pensioners the legal heirs may submit the details alongwith affidavit as well as necessary documentary evidence to prove themselves as legal heirs for claiming LTA of pension/family pension as the case may be..
In case revised PPO has already been issued by the concerned Settlement Accounts Office for Pre-2006 cases and those pensioners already applied for revision of their pension/family pension in response to the earlier advertisement, no further application need to be submitted by them.
