GENERAL MANAGER INAUGURATES “DASHBOARD”:

e- MONITORING OF KEY TASKS

Kolkata, 27thDecember, 2017:

Sri S N Agrawal, General Manager, S E Railway inaugurated “Dashboard” of Key Tasks Monitoring System at this railway’s headquarters, Garden Reach yesterday (26th December, 2017). This “Dashboard” was programmed and designed by the IT Centre of S E Railway Headquarters.

 “Dashboard” is an e-monitoring system of key tasks having significant impact o­n railway working, policies and decisions. This system has been commissioned with a view to speedy disposal of special type of tasks which are not of recurring nature of job. It would help for making efficient decision tracking and implementation of the same in a targeted time frame. General Manager should assign different tasks to Principal Head of Departments and Divisional Railway Managers o­n top priority, high priority basis through “Dashboard” for quick redressal. General Manager express his satisfaction for introduction of this kind of system.

The Principal Head of Departments and other Senior Officers attended the programme and have its knowledge through Power Point Presentation.
